and volunteer to help me run the FoodStack Library. I am also grateful to everyone who offered to volunteer or emailed me, offering to help out. Sadly, I couldn’t take on everyone at this time. , is the chief cook and bottle washer behind the FoodStack Library.
She is the author of two cookbooks and has been blogging since 2009 after seeing the film Julie and Julia. Her first blog, ‘The Bake and Cake Project,’ was a bit of a flop and sank in the middle, but the lessons learned have helped her build numerous, more successful websites since.
With experience as a food blogger and her mantra ‘A Rising Tide Lifts All Boats’ shining a light on other food bloggers and writers, here on Substack is now her mission during her retirement through the FoodStack Library. As she says, it helps keep her brain active.

is contributing to the weekly FoodStack Reads feature and taking over the Open Kitchen discussion posts, which she will write and post each Saturday.
She is also a recipe developer, writer, and food photographer and has two recipe websites where she has been publishing recipes for over 10 years.
In early 2020, Rebecca and her husband sold their home in Colorado and moved into an RV. They have been traveling around the country, living and working from their home on wheels ever since. Rebecca launched her Substack newsletter, Let’s Get Lost, earlier this year to share stories and recipes inspired by their life on the road.

Rachel has been a chef and cooking instructor for 15 years and has taught thousands of students. She has taught cooking classes in cooking schools, hospitals, offices, grocery stores, small boutiques, health food co+ops and even in homes. Rachel is based in Kansas City, basically in the middle of the middle of the U.S.
She loves to travel and visit as many countries and exciting places as possible. Her family's frequent trips to Europe, especially to visit her Romanian husband's family, inspire her to incorporate new ideas, techniques, and flavours into her recipes in her substack publication ‘Next Level Gluten Free.
