Thank you! It’s a great space with a lot of light. For most of my twenties, I had dark galley style kitchens. So, when we saw this house and THIS kitchen, I fell in love!
Thank you! I also have a talent for filling up those counters as quickly as they’re cleared! I have saved some space by having butler’s pantry off of the kitchen, to store my tools and gadgets. The only things that are allowed to stay out is the toaster and espresso machine!
Thank you again for giving me a chance to share my kitchen with everyone. 💗
Such a lovely spacious kitchen. No matter how much space I have in mine, I can easily fill it with gadgets and other stuff, including laptops and notepads. I work on the FoodStack Library while sitting at my kitchen counter top. In the end, I have just a small space with which to cook and bake.
Hello! Thank you so much! I think the kitchen is what sold me on the house! One of the beauties of being a home cook? is adapting brilliantly to any sized space as you have. I grew up in a kitchen with almost zero counter space as well, and remember assembling all sorts of breads, pies, and cookies on our tiny kitchen table. Great memories in a cosy kitchen!
When I was a kid, we moved around a lot, and for my mum, the kitchen was always the deciding factor. It was the first spot she asked to see, and if it wasn't up to scratch, she didn't even bother with the rest of the viewing.
What a beautiful and spacious kitchen! I could cartwheels (figuratively and literally) in there! Thanks for sharing your interesting journey. And the recipe for peach buckle - yum!
LOL! There's plenty of space for our cooking dance-parties too! Thank you for the lovely comment and let me know if you try the peach buckle! It's one of our favorites here. Cheers!
Your kitchen is stunning!!!

If I had one, I’d definitely keep the espresso machine out on the counter top. Perfect for our midmorning coffee.

We're drooling over your kitchen! Ours has so little counter space that we have to knead and shape our bread doughs on the living room table 🙄
