The tiniest kitchen I’ve seen so far and the only one I’ve felt inspired to subscribe to. Less is more hey?

Good for you making things work even with limited space. It's so key to keep things organized (something I'm not always the best at) and I'm with you on keeping anything that's open clean enough. What an interesting read!

Absolutely! I also wanted to add that a galley kitchen is wonderful for *flow state cooking* - just a turn here or there when you know where everything is! (I'm a fan if you can't tell..)

yeah for sure! convenient to have everything close and limit moving around the kitchen too much

Love your plug for cast iron cookware! One of our prized pieces is a Japanese kama - it's traditionally used to cook rice, but we also make soups and stews in it. We got that from Iwachu, but Lodge makes excellent pans too, at very reasonable prices.

thanks so much! that sounds like a lovely piece, one that will last forever!

Oh yeah, in Japanese families, they're usually passed down from one generation to the next ☺️.
