Oh Lynn, you’ve reminded me of when we made sourdough at the restaurants. There was a new lesson learned every day.

Thanks. Sourdough is not the easiest thing to make in the beginning. But with practice, you do find a way that suits you and your kitchen environment. Frisbees will still taste good.
